Handling

In order to preserve the quality of the mushroom, the chocolate is not tempered. Tempering prevents melting but requires multiple rounds of heating and cooling. Therefore Psilly Chox melt easily and cannot be stored in pockets, left in vehicles, or in warm spaces. Keep in a cool dark place, or refrigerate. Do not freeze.
